The purchase of any itinerary is contingent upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below. By confirming and purchasing the products or services included in your customized travel program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All quoted prices—whether provided on our website, within your itinerary, or through any other form of communication—are listed in United States Dollars (USD). By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the completed version of your itinerary and accept all products and services included within the total package price.
Non-Peak Season: For itineraries with arrival dates within 45 days or less, full payment is required at the time of booking. If your arrival date is more than 45 days away, a $250 nonrefundable deposit per person is required to hold hotel space. Final Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Peak Season: For any portion of travel falling within Peak Season, full payment must be completed no later than 90 days prior to arrival. Deposit requirements for peak season vary greatly depending on the hotels used in the itinerary. Your deposit requirements will be clearly stated on the quote you receive.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via wire transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express only). Personal or cashier’s checks are not accepted.
Changes to Itinerary: A change is defined as the cancellation of any individual service included in your confirmed itinerary. Modifications may be made up until the final payment due date—90 days prior to arrival for Peak Season and 45 days prior during Non-Peak Season. Changes are only permitted for services where the provider does not impose a penalty. Please consult your Travel Consultant to confirm whether any penalties apply.
Additions to Itinerary: Additional services or experiences may be added to your itinerary at any time, subject to availability, without incurring extra fees or penalties.
Date Changes: You may request to change the dates of your itinerary provided your original travel dates do not fall within the 100% penalty cancellation period (90 days prior to arrival for Peak Season, and 45 days prior during Non-Peak Season). Approval of new travel dates is at our sole discretion and subject to the availability of the service providers included in your original itinerary.
If the revised travel dates result in a higher overall cost, you are responsible for covering the difference. In cases where your original itinerary included non-refundable reservations, an additional payment may be required at the time of rebooking.
Full Itinerary Cancellations:
If you cancel your entire itinerary 45 days or more prior to arrival, a penalty equal to the nonrefundable deposit will apply.
If you cancel your entire itinerary less than 45 days prior to arrival, the penalty is 100% of the total itinerary cost.
Peak Season Cancellations:
Peak Season is defined as:
December 15 through January 10 of the following year, and
The seven days leading up to and including Easter Sunday.
If you cancel your full itinerary 90 days or more prior to arrival, a penalty equal to the nonrefundable deposit will apply.
If you cancel your itinerary less than 90 days prior to arrival, the penalty is 100% of the total itinerary cost.
